Serving the Joplin and surrounding communities for over 20 years now, The Alliance exists to ensure the health and safety of children and families in Southwest Missouri. We offer a number of programs free of charge to Jasper, Newton, McDonald and Barton Counties. From car seats for babies, to teen mentoring and parenting classes; The Alliance continues to strengthen families each and every day reducing accidents, child abuse/neglect and teen substance abuse one day at a time. The Alliance of Southwest Missouri exists to strengthen families and communities by identifying concerns, locating resources and facilitating change through community collaborations, partnerships and service provision.
