Wondering what is going on, My account was credited for the improper billing of the last day along with the 'Bait & Switch' tactics the enterprise salesperson used to get me to bill for an extra day (at the very least an unethical business practice).
Now we are getting notices from collection people for the day...do I have to send this to my company's attorney for action?

Enterprise has showed me the worst customer service in the world ever. My credit card was charged by a german branch, even tho (to my knowledge) I haven’t rented from Enterprise in 6 months. After trying to enquire to them directly about the charge by email, twice, I did not get a reply. A help chat gave a a direct phone number I was able to call from outside Germany. The phone menu was not set up properly and went around in circles as it did not receive inputs. Aftrt figuring out the right sequence, I got someone on the phone who told me I need to call another number. A number nobody ever answered after multiple calls. I decided to send an email to the .com email adress, thinking they could help. But again, no answer. Mr. Sluiter, I can follow up with our International team and ask management to look into this for you and reach out via email. Please let me know as many of the details as possible. Do you have any information on the charges like what branch they came from? Have a had a rental from a German branch in the past? If so which branch and what were the rough dates? If you have a reservation number for the past rental or your most recent rental this would also be helpful. Worst experience with Enterprise Car Rental and Enterprise always been Top notch but I got 3 rental
In 24 hours because of their neglect
how do you give me a vehicle and not inspect it (I was on the highway with a screw in the tire) and the tires, couldn't do anything because they were closed. Woke up the next morning to a flat lucky that my husband had a pump. Call enterprise and report he told me to wait till my service department call with a update on my car before he would swap out the car. Mean while I go to discount tire to add air to the tire twice my day shot and finally I demand another vehicle. I go get another vehicle only to get a vehicle with no gas I'm press for time so I said I will get the gas but guess what happens I get another vehicle with bad tire. I go to discount tire and the technician said we by law can't put air in the tire that has less than 15psi WTH!!!! He said call Enterprise and I was anyway I had the phone on speaker so he can hear and the technicain couldn't believe that the agent was almost calling me a liar because I told him they what the tech said. He wanted to talk to the tech himself and the tech told him exactly what I have said but he told it wasn't safe for me to drive. So the agent bought me another car and said he would take care of me. He didn't as far as I'm concern. I felt I should have gotten an upgrade and discount because my whole day was around vehicles that have problems.

Oh I forgot to mention the agent want me to get the vehicle to Belle tires because they have a contract this isn't my car or my job. The vehicle is supposed to be ready what if I was on vacation.
