I need to speak with someone in regards to your poor customer service. I can not get a hold of anyone via phone and I'm being refused to speak with someone other than a customer service rep that is very disrespectful. Theres no phone number to reach you guys, half my emails to you guys get sent back because it's an auto response, the other half the reps dont do anything...I need to speak with someone asap before I do decide to go higher up with this issue and situation!

DONT order from them! They will refuse to refund you when your order is "messed up" or "not delivered"

Thats like robbing people of their money, HORRIBLE customer service and business ethics

The verification code isn’t sending anything to my phone.

If you can give away bogo meals, you can definitely reimburse the remainder of the $8.36 worth of food that my boyfriend ordered and never received. It is absolutely unacceptable that a multi-billion dollar company will not reimburse us for food we ordered and did not receive. Will not even consider ordering from you again, and will continue to report your negligence to both the news media and social media until this is rectified.

Guess what’s back? Your order because you were going to return it when they drop off cold and crappy food when they eventually get around to delivering it.

Poor customer service... I ordered food and abroad always order but the delivery person said he wasnt able to deliver it... he didnt call he didnt message and they said he waited outside for me he did not bad move uber eats and.then 2 representatives said no refund would be give

Save yourself time and use another food delivery app. I've currently been waiting over an hour for a stupid McDonalds order. Must be the slow drivers out this morning.

Uber eats driver that now is in Jacksonville Florida

Caution to everyone on using Uber Eats. Their algorithm thought that this route it acceptable! Our food sat in the delivery person’s car for over 40 minutes after being picked up and arrived cold. Cold seafood= not good! I contacted costumer service and they gave me a standard language response refusing to help us or refund for inedible food. We order from Uber eats almost everyday and they refused to do anything for us. Again, anyone can see that this map is ridiculous and batching stops that are 40 minutes away when our house is that close to the restaurant.

I can’t believe they keep running ads. Every one of them becomes a hate fest!

Haha u mean buy one get one free as in free that u charge other fees and stuff plus delivery fee and u ended up not getting the item for free lol u actually ended up paying more

Nadia Chopitea Ang OMG YESSS . SOOO done with UBER EATS. I am going to show you the recent video footage of the delivery we had yesterday they refuse to refund. Driver carried pizza like a briefcase, NO MASK, and left pizza vertical along side our house.

Coup de gueule ! Outrée du service d’Uber Eats.

Mes collègues et moi-même avons passé une commande via mon application ce midi.
A l’heure d’arrivée de la commande, je me trouve sur le pas de la porte mais pas de livreur à l’horizon. Pourtant l’application stipule que la commande a été livrée et le livreur y a même ajouté une photo comme preuve... sauf qu’il ne s’agit pas du bon endroit et qu’il n’y a rien aux alentours. (Oui oui nous avons fait le tour des rues avoisinantes pour aller à la recherche de notre commande)

J’introduis donc une plainte auprès d’Uber Eats via l’application mais on me refuse le remboursement car j’ai déjà bénéficié de quelques remboursements auparavant. Ah bein oui, apparemment c’est de ma faute si on se trompe dans mes commandes...

La commande n’a donc pas été livrée à l’adresse indiquée... Normal ? Non ! Le livreur a-t-il essayé de me contacter ? Non ! Me suis-je trompée dans l’adresse ? Non ! Ai-je perdu plus de 40€ ? Oui !

Très très déçue du service et de la non-confiance auprès de la clientèle. Étant donné que le service ne suit pas je passe à la concurrence !
