The Holzwarth family has been building the Carthage community for decades via their family construction business, of J.Builders Construction. In the fall of 2018, Justin Holzwarth & Jeane (Garrison) Holzwarth, along with Jeane’s parents, Robin & Dale VonGonten, began the construction of a commercial building project using shipping containers. This unique project became Tin Cup Bistro. Justin’s dream of owning a bistro, along with Dale’s vision & interest in cooking inspire the menu, including various coffees & teas plus delicious soups, salads & sandwiches. The building holds about 25 people, and also serves from a convenient drive thru from theor location on south Grand Street.
