TANK: Public Art is a collaborative public arts group that supports, promotes, and creates public art as a necessary and essential facet of culture in Joplin. This is one of three geometrically-inspired murals the group has created in the Downtown area. All designs are simple, fresh, thought-provoking, and have given new life to the structures they now cover.
